Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
After purchase, an updated shipping invoice will be sent to you within 2-3 business days. Due to the variability in packaging and shipping costs for original artwork domestically and internationally, an accurate estimate will be put together by Kyle Walling and his team based on your address. The updated packaging and shipping invoice will need to be paid before the artwork is shipped. An email will be sent once the product is shipped with all shipping and tracking information.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
After purchase, Kyle Walling’s team will email you with an updated accurate shipping cost (see above in Shipping Policy). Walling prefers to use UPS to package and ship his artwork as they have A pack and ship guarantee providing insurance on all items they package and ship themselves. Walling has used them for years and can attest to the quality and professionalism of their work. We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays.
International Shipping
Please make an inquiry to our email below to see if we ship to your location. Shipping and handling times will vary by location. Please allow 10 to 25 days for your international package to be delivered. International buyers are responsible for any possible customs/duties/taxes/broker fees, once the item arrives in country.
Please Note: Signiture will be required upon delivery. Items not received by the customers and returned back by the shipping service will not be refunded. This item will be reshipped again with additional shipping cost.
Local Delivery
Local delivery can be selected at checkout if available. Delivery radius is 60 miles from Phoenix, AZ with A $50 charge. Kyle Walling will deliver his art personally and can hang it for you as well. If you would like personal delivery outside the 60 mile range please contact us at: kyle@kylewalling.art
In-Store Pickup
Can select at checkout if available. Kyle Walling will contact you after purchase with details on pickup day and time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kyle@kylewalling.art with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
All Kyle Walling’s artwork comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Once a piece is delivered to your home you will have 7 days to examine it (Domestic & International). If you wish to return the art, you may do so for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note shipping fees charged are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipment of artwork.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at: kyle@kylewalling.art with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Address Changes
If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify us as soon as possible at: kyle@kylewalling.art. This includes out-of-date addresses on any online pay account such as PayPal. If you fail to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.
